We know that breastfeeding is the best way to feed your baby, especially since it looks so natural. It also provides so much benefit for you and your baby. However, this doesn’t come easy for most…
I’ve also experienced how difficult it was at the start. My nipples were bleeding and terribly sore because I had absolutely no clue on how to do it right, yet my baby was latching well.
I tried so hard and I was more than happy to feed her, but to see her cry of hunger just broke my heart. Even if I was in so much pain, the nurses highly encouraged me to breastfeed.
It even came to the point that they made me try nipple shields. That worked wonders because I eventually produced so much milk, but I had to wean my baby from the nipple shield soon after. As you probably would have guessed, that equated to more crying. Poor baby… 🙁
This inspired me to create this site to help other mums who are tired and struggling to breastfeed. Through my personal experience, I would like to share with you what I have discovered and I really hope it helps you.
